Portland (45-62) lost 4-2 to Sacramento (A's) Josh Banks allowed two runs, one earned, on six hits and a walk while striking out three across an efficient seven innings – tossing just 85 pitches on the night. He recorded nine ground ball outs in the no-decision. Banks, who posted a 7.15 ERA over six games with San Diego, has a 2.85 ERA in 19 games, including 10 starts, with Portland. He has not...
