Padres Prospect Report: June 19, 2009

Tim Stauffer returned to the starting rotation with a well-pitched game but got a no-decision while Michael O'Connor debuts. Stephen Faris struggles out of the gate while Carlos Guevara and Philip Barzilla debut. Jeremy McBryde pitches well but is saddled with the loss. Manuel Nuno and Carlos Garcia have five-RBI games while Luis Domoromo touches home five times.

Portland (33-36) lost 4-3 to Las Vegas (Blue Jays) After spending the season working out of the bullpen in San Antonio, Tim Stauffer was inserted into the rotation with Portland and gave up one run on four hits without a walk across five innings, striking out four.
