While it is only a year removed from the 2005 MLB Draft, the dissection of picks is constant. The San Diego Padres have found a lot of success in the draft-and-follow avenue and are hoping that continues. They were also active Internationally and those players have begun to see time stateside and show the renewed commitment to building from within.
