Padres prospects in Arizona

Greats such as Nomar Garciaparra, Derek Jeter, Mike Piazza and Todd Helton all went through the Arizona Fall League. <br><br> Over 1,000 Major Leaguers have come through the Arizona Fall League, considered the "graduate school" for the Major Leagues' top prospects, and the Padres had seven in the league, and that number has been knocked down to six.

Peoria was one hit on Monday and three San Diego Padres prospects dotted the lineup. On Monday, Jake Gautreau, Jon Knott and JJ Furmaniak combined to go 0-10 as only one Saguaros had a hit on the day, J Stokes who homered in the fourth.
