MadFriars' Top 30 2013: Davey Edition

Baseball prospect rankings can be very subjective. Sure the first five to ten prospects are roughly the same, but what makes them interesting are those final ten to fifteen rankings.

How do you compare someone who puts up great numbers in the minors but whose ceiling is that of a utility player or bullpen arm against someone who hasn't quite put up the numbers, but has the tools to be an MLB regular infielder they can even make it past AA?
