Brach was named a Midwest League All-Star and a post-season All-Star. He was also voted the best reliever in the Midwest League by the managers within the circuit.
Brad Brach went 3-3 with 33 saves and a 1.27 ERA across 60 games with the Fort Wayne TinCaps. In 63.2 innings, he allowed 36 hits, walked 11 and struck out 82. He held the opposition to a .164 average. The opposition stole one base off him in as many attempts. He allowed one homer, hit four batters, tossed three wild pitches, and induced four double play grounders. He stranded 2-of-6 inherited runners. The opposition hit .270 off him in 37 at-bats with runners in scoring position. Brach led the Midwest League in saves and appearances. His 33 saves were tied for second most in the entire minor leagues. His .164 average against ranked ninth overall in the entire minor leagues amongst relievers.
2008
Brach went 1-1 with a 2.01 ERA and four saves across 17 games with the AZL Padres. In 22.1 innings he allowed 21 hits, walked five and struck out 33.

Brach is the all-time leader in career wins at Monmouth, earning victories in 29 games, while he also holds the top spot on the all-time strikeout list with 277. He is also the only pitcher in Monmouth history to work over 300 career innings.
