Codiroli went 56-for-181 across 51 games with the AZL Padres. He hit .309 with five doubles, three triples, a homer, 39 runs scored and 14 RBIs. He also drew 31 walks compared to 33 strikeouts and stole 15 bases in 22 attempts. he placed fourth in the league with a .422 on-base percentage.

The San Diego Padres selected Jason Codiroli in the 20th-round of the 2008 MLB Draft.
Codiroli hit .356 with 10 doubles, seven triples and three homers for West Valley junior college. In 39 games, the outfielder notched 27 RBIs and 57 runs scored while drawing 37 walks compared to 16 strikeouts. He also stole 25 bags in 26 attempts.
