Gomes went 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA over four games for the Eugene Emeralds. In 6.1 innings he allowed one hit, walked one and struck out six.
Gomes went 1-4 with a 4.68 ERA over 14 games, including 11 starts, with the Fort Wayne Wizards. In 59.2 innings he allowed 65 hits, walked 11 and struck out 44, allowing three homers and notching eight double play grounders.
