Faris went 7-7 with a 4.37 ERA over 21 games, including 18 starts, with the Fort Wayne Wizards. He tossed one complete game shutout. In 103 innings he allowed 104 hits, walked 35 and struck out 58, allowing seben homers.
Faris went 2-0 with a 4.09 ERA over two starts with the Lake Elsinore Storm. In 11 innings he allowed seven hits and walked two while striking out seven.
