DeHoyos went 6-4 with a 2.69 ERA across 60 games with the San Antonio Missions. In 83.2 innings he allowed 71 hits, 33 walks and struck out 110. He allowed two homers and induced four double play grounders while holding the opposition to a .228 average. DeHoyos ended the year tied for first in the Texas League in appearances.
