Dowdy hit .241 with 28 hits in 116 at bats for the Portland Beavers. In 38 games he had five doubles, a triple, five RBIs and 19 runs scored. He drew eight walks compared to 19 strikeouts and stole four bases in five attempts.

Dowdy hit .379 with four doubles, two triples, three RBIs, six runs scored and a team-high 11 RBIs over seven Missions playoff games.

2006

Brett Dowdy hit .260 with 65 hits in 250 at bats over 70 games with the Mobile BayBears. He had ten doubles, two triples, one homer, 36 runs scored and 18 RBI's while drawing 30 walks and whiffing 45 times. He also stole 10 bases in 15 attempts and played five different posiitons in the field.

Dowdy hit .350 with 14 hits in 40 at bats in 12 games for the Lake Elsinore Storm.

He was 2-f0r-12 in four games for the Portland Beavers.

2005

Brett Dowdy hit .272 wih ten doubles, nine triples, two homers and 41 RBI's in 77 games for Fort Wayne. He also drew 32 walks while striking out 44 times.

Dowdy hit .265 with five doubles in 21 games for the Lake Elsinore Storm.
