Hundley hit .237 with 47 hits in 198 at-bats with the San Diego Padres. He collected seven doubles, one triple, five homers, 21 runs scored, and 24 RBIs across 60 games. He also drew 11 walks compared to 52 strikeouts for a .278 on-base percentage. Hundley threw out 14-of-56 runners attempting to steal, good for 25 percent.

Hundley was named to the Texas League postseason All-Star team. He was invited to play in the Arizona Fall League after the year.
Hundley hit .240 with one double, two homers, five runs scored and five RBIs over seven Missions playoff games.
2006
Nick Hundley was selected to play in the 2006 Midwest League All-Star game, representing the Fort Wayne Wizards. Hundley hit .274 with 19 doubles, eight home runs, 44 runs batted in and 29 runs scored for the Wizards. He was named the Midwest League Offensive Player of the Week from June 12 – June 18 when he hit .539 (7-for-13) with five home runs and eight runs batted in.
Hundley hit .278 with 49 hits in 176 at bats for the Lake Elsinore Storm. In 47 games he collected 13 doubles, three homers, 18 runs scored and 23 RBI's. He also drew 20 walks while striking out 44 times.
2005
Hundley went 8-for-36 in ten games with Fort Wayne to end the 2005 season.
In 43 games for the Ems in 2005, Hundley hit .250 with seven doubles, a triple, and seven homers. He drove in 22 and scored 30 runs. He walked 33 times compared to 35 K's. |
