Jamison went 3-5 with a 4.32 ERA across 53 games with the San Antonio Missions. In 58.1 innings he allowed 65 hits, 26 walks and struck out 45. He held the opposition to a .285 average against.
Jamison went 0-0 with a 22.50 ERA over three Missions playoff games. In two innings he allowed four hits and three walks.
2006
Neil Jamison collected three saves in four scoreless appearances for the Fort Wayne Wizards. In four innings he allowed one hit, walked three and struck out nine.
Jamison went 5-6 with 31 saves and a 3.31 ERA in 61 appearances for the Lake Elsinore Storm. In 65.1 innings he allowed 63 hits, walked 15 and struck out 62. The opposition hit .248 off him with ten homers. His 31 saves placed second in the California League.
He was named to the California League All-Star team in 2006, representing the Lake Elsinore Storm. He will also head to Hawaii to play in the Hawaii Baseball League.
2005
Jamison went 1-1 with a 2.70 ERA in seven games for Fort Wayne. In ten innings he allowed111 hits, five walks and struck out 12.
Jamison went 1-2 with a 1.32 ERA in 25 appearances with eight saves. In 27.1 innings, he allowed 23 hits and eight walks while striking out 31. He allowed just four earned runs with the Emeralds.
The San Diego Padres selected Jamison in the 6th round of the 2005 draft out of Long Beach State.
The San Diego native did not allow an earned run all year for Long Beach, saving 14 games. |
