Lopez went 2-3 with a 9.49 ERA for Diablos Rojos del Mexico. In 30.1 innings he allowed 43 hits, walked 20 and struck out 24.

Arturo Lopez made one appearance for the AZL Padres, allowing one run on three hits in an inning of work.

Lopez went 5-11 with a 5.85 ERA in 27 appearances for the Lake Elsinore Storm, all as a starter. In 140 innings he allowed 174 hits, walked 49 and struck out 94.
