Rincon went 20-for-65 across 23 games with the AZL Padres. He hit .308 with one double, one triple, eight runs scored and 19 RBIs. He also drew 14 walks compared to 18 strikeouts.

2007

Rincon hit .178 with eight hits in 45 at bats for the AZL Padres. In 15 games he had one doubleadn six runs scored while drawing seven walks compared to 11 strikeouts. He committed eight errors in the field.

Rincon hit .295 with 36 hits in 122 at bats for the DSL Padres. In 33 games he had seven doubles, two homers, 14 runs scored and 15 RBIs. He drew 17 walks compared to 26 strikeouts and stole two bases in three attempts. He committed 13 errors in 16 games at third base.
