Inman was named to the Texas League post-season All-Star team.
Inman went 9-8 with a 3.52 ERA across 28 starts, including two complete games, with the San Antonio Missions. In 135.1 innings he allowed 119 hits, 71 walks and struck out 140. He allowed 10 homers and induced three double play grounders while holding the opposition to a .234 average. Inman led the Texas League in strikeouts and in walks while placing fourth in ERA.
2007
Inman went 4-3 with a 1.72 ERA over 13 starts with Brevard County of the High-A Florida State League before the Padres acquired him. In 78.2 innings he allowed 56 hits, walked 23 and struck out 98. He was promoted to Double-A Huntsville after his June 10 start. Inman went 1-5 with a 5.45 ERA over eight starts for Huntsville. In 39.2 innings he allowed 38 hits, walked 16 and struck otu 42.
He reported to San Antonio after the trade and went 3-3 with a 4.17 ERA across seven starts with the Missions. In 41 innings he allowed 33 hits, walked 19 and struck out 40.
