Kluber went 1-1 with a 3.51 ERA over 10 games, including seven starts, with the Eugene Emeralds. In 33.1 innings he allowed 28 hits, walked 15 and struck out 33.
Kluber went 0-0 with a 12.60 ERA over two Storm playoff games. In five innings he allowed eight hits, walked four and struck out two.

Corey Kluber was selected by the San Diego Padres in the fourth-round of the 2007 MLB Draft, 134th overall pick.
Kluber was named to the American Baseball Coaches Association All-Atlantic Region Second Team and the All Ping! Second Team after leading the Hatters to their 2007 NCAA Regional appearance. He was 12-2 with a 2.05 ERA (26 ER/114.0 IP) in 17 starts for Stetson. Kluber, 21, held opponents to a .217 batting average while striking out 117 compared to 36 walks. |
