| 2007:
Garrison went 8-4 with a 3.44 ERA over 20 starts for Brevard County in the Florida State League prior to being acquired by San Diego. In 104.2 innings he allowed 105 hits, walked 28 and struck out 74. He allowed two earned runs or less in 13 of his starts.
Garrison went 2-3 with a 2.79 ERA over seven starts with the Lake Elsinore Storm. In 42 innings he allowed 32 hits and walked six while striking out 28. He allowed two homers, hit one batter, and tossed one wild pitch while inducing one double play grounder. He saw the opposition steal one base off him in four attempts.
Garrison went 1-0 with a 3.27 ERA over two Storm playoff games. In 11 innings he allowed 14 hits, walked one and struck out 10.

Steve Garrison was traded to the San Diego Padres along with Joe Thatcher and Will Inman from the Milwaukee Brewers for Scott Linebrink.
Garrison came into the year with a 9-8 record with a 3.28 ERA over 28 games, including 20 starts. In 123.1 innings he allowed 125 hits, walking 27, and striking out 105. |
