Ciriaco hit .160 with 21 hits in 131 at bats for the San Antonio Missions. In 37 games he had four doubles, one homer, six RBIs and 13 runs scored. He drew six walks compared to 25 strikeouts and stole five bases in six attempts.

Ciriaco hit .281 with nine hits in 32 at bats for the AZL Padres, as the Padres reworked his swing. In 10 games he had three doubles, two homers and 10 RBIs while adding two stolen bases in as many attempts.

Ciriaco hit .268 with 49 hits in 183 at bats for the Lake Elsinore Storm. In 47 games he had eight doubles, nine homers, 28 runs scored and 32 RBIs. He drew nine walks compared to 36 strikeouts while adding seven stolen bases in nine attempts.

Ciriaco hit .349 with five doubles, a triple, a homer, five runs scored and seven RBIs for the Storm in the playoffs.

2006

Juan Ciriaco hit .222 with 98 hits in 442 at bats over 122 games for the Mobile BayBears. He had 20 doubles, three triples, three homers, 46 runs scored and 31 RBI's playing shortstop and second base. He also drew 32 walks, whiffed 97 times and was 9-for-12 in stolen base attempts.

2005

Juan Ciriaco hit .281 with 29 doubles, six triples, nine homers and 77 RBI's in 120 games for the Lake Elsinore Storm. He also scored 73 runs and stole 17 bases in 27 attempts. The shortstop did commit 45 errors to lead the league.

2004

In 99 games, Juan batted .241 with two homers and 35 RBI's. He stole five bases but was caught eight times. He was supposed to solidify the defense at short but commmitted 20 errors over a 21 game span late in the year.
