Faris went 2-1 with a 4.65 ERA over 11 games, including seven starts, for the Eugene Emeralds. In 40.2 innings he allowed 49 hits, walked ten and struck out 23. The opposition hit .295 off him.

Stephen Faris was a 12th round pick of the San Diego Padres in the 2006 MLB Draft, 363rd overall.
Faris went 9-3 with a 2.36 ERA over 18 starts for the Tigers in 2006. In 103 innings he allowed 77 hits and 20 walks while striking out 86. |
