| Frank Brooks, a left-handed pitcher originally drafted by the Phillies in 13th round of 1999 draft, has seen action in six different minor league systems, pitching in 12 major league games with his debut coming in 2004 while he was with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He split his 2006 season between Double-A Portland of the Eastern League and Triple-A Omaha of the Pacific Coast League. He combined to go 2-8 with a 4.31 ERA in 34 games, including 14 starts. |
