| 2007:
Daigle went 1-0 with a 1.69 ERA over one spot start with the Portland Beavers. In 5.1 innings he allowed five hits and two walks while striking out three.
Daigle went 5-8 with a 5.95 ERA over 29 games, including 22 starts, with the Lake Elsinore Storm. In 118 innings he allowed 156 hits and walked 38 while striking out 78. He allowed 12 homers, hit 10 batters, and tossed six wild pitches while inducing 13 double play grounders. Daigle saw the opposition steal 42 bases off him in 49 attempts.
Daigle went 2-1 with a 6.75 ERA over four Storm playoff games. In 13.1 innings he allowed 16 hits, walked two and struck out 10.
2006
Richie Daigle went 6-1 with a 3.42 ERA over 53 appearances with the Lake Elsinore Storm. In 68.1 innings he allowed 68 hits, walked 26 and struck out 36. He uncorked seven wild pitches and the opposition hit .267 off him with one homer.
2005
Daigle was signed by the Padres as a free agent on August 2, 2005. He is a converted outfielder who last pitched in high school. He did not record a decision in six games, five starts while posting a 3.60 ERA for the AZL Padres. |
