2006
Dale Thayer went 7-4 with 27 saves to lead the Southern League and a 2.48 ERA over 57 appearances (second in the SL) with the Mobile BayBears. In 65.1 innings he allowed 59 hits, walked 22 and struck out 57. The opposition hit .243 off him with three homers.
Thayer allowed one run on two hits and a walk while striking out four in three innings of work for the Portland Beavers.
2005
Thayer went 3-5 with a 2.34 ERA in 56 games for the Mobile BayBears. He also led the Southern League in saves with 27. In 57.2 innings he allowed 60 hits, walked 26 and struck out 68.
2004
Thayer saved 23 games for Lake Elsinore in 2004 after saving 25 for Fort Wayne the year before. He posted a 1.63 ERA in 50 games and was promoted to Mobile late in the year where he had a 3.68 ERA and eight games.
