The Worcester Tornadoes officially sold the contract of relief pitcher Eddie Pena to the San Diego Padres on December 12, 2005. The 22-year old right-hander, who last season went 2-4 with a 5.08 ERA for the Tornadoes, is expected to be invited to spring training with the Padres.
