Biography:
Was the workhorse on the staff for University of Houston with seven wins and 69 strikeouts in 89 1/3 innings pitched during a team-best 13 starts. The transfer from Louisiana Tech went 7-4 with a 4.03 ERA for the Cougars. Was 5-2 with a 3.32 ERA in 12 Conference USA appearances. Selected in the 11th round by the Padres.

2004

He began 2004 with Eugene where he had a 3.45 ERA and went 1-2. He was promoted to Fort Wayne and got the win in his first appearance with the club. He ended up 2-2 with a 1.61 ERA for the Wizards. He held opponents to a .231 average.
