| Biography: |
Phil Nevin had a solid season in 2004 (.289, 26 homers, 105 RBI) after missing much of the two previous seasons with injuries. Hit .310 on the road with 14 homers and 65 RBI in 73 games. Complained often about the size of Petco Park, to the dismay of Padres brass. Was subject of offseason trade speculation.
Phil Nevin came back from a seperated shoulder in 2003 to post 13 HRs, 46 RBI's and a .279 BA in 59 games. |
