Jeremy Hefner is in line for the win in Portland but takes a no-decision while Kyle Blanks provides the only offense. Ernesto Frieri wins his league leading seventh and is backed by Brian Joynt and Luis Durango. Allen Harrington gets a start but doesn’t fare well. Matt Clark is back in the RBI lead and Anthony Bass picks up win number six.
