Chase Headley reached base six times on Thursday and capped off his night by scoring the game-winner. Steve Garrison was pulled early with a high pitch count and Lee Gwaltney was hammered in his debut. Drew Miller had another wonderful outing, but the pen would not hold. Three players collect multiple extra base hits – but it wasn’t enough for Fort Wayne.
