Cesar Carrillo		By Denis Savage MadFriars.com Date: Apr 10, 2008 Peoria, AZ—When Cesar Carrillo threw a pain-free bullpen in Spring Training, it instantly became one of the highlights. He threw fastballs and changeups – 71 pitches total. By mid-April, Carrillo will add breaking pitches to his rehab process. He remains on target in his return from Tommy John surgery.
