Josh Geer saw the other extreme in his second outing – battered for eight runs against. Corey Kluber pitched well and Eric Sogard continues to hit, but R.J. Rodriguez could not close the game out. Geoff Vandel pitched better than his initial start but it wasn’t enough to stop Fort Wayne’s slide.
