Roger Deago has two hits but even that isn’t enough to give Portland a win. Will Inman debuts and then doesn’t. Steve Garrison has a solid debut but still took the loss. Drew Miller tosses a one-hitter over five but loses the game. Jeremy Hefner suffers his worst outing of the year. If they didn’t hit it, Matt Bush had a strikeout – seven in two innings.
