		By John Conniff Senior Writer Date: Jun 3, 2005 Mobile didn’t do a whole lot in the standings but still sit within striking distance of a first half crown. The addition of Tagg Bozied to the lineup aided the games of several players in the middle of the batting order, a trend that has continued even after he was promoted. The pitching has been led by Mike Thompson and it has the Padres’ brass smiling knowingly.
