Tim Stauffer three homer outing; EJ Shanks debut Premium Story

A blowout was made close when Matt Hampton gave up two homers and four runs in the ninth. Tim Stauffer gave up three homers of his own. With the bullpen back to full strength as RD Spiehs returned, the BayBears picked up the win, getting four scoreless innings of relief. EJ Shanks made his debut with the Storm while Dirk Hayhurst talks of his game. Sean Thompson returned to dominance but did not get a decision. Roy Howell was tossed and Henry Colbert got shelled in his return to Eugene.
