Portland (9-8) lost 3-2 to Fresno (Giants) Cesar Ramos was pulled after four pitches and 77 pitches in his first start of the season. The left-hander gave up three runs on six hits and a walk while fanning three. A two-run homer in the fourth was the lone extra-base hit.
