Padres Prospect Report: June 23, 2009

Brian Lawrence gives up 10 hits in a Portland loss. San Antonio clinched the first half division title. The All-Stars were on display in Lake Elsinore and for Fort Wayne. Bo Davis has a solid debut and Chris Fetter takes the hill in an Emeralds loss. Jon Berger takes the loss in the desert, as the AZL Padres get shutout again. Juan Herrera pitches a gem in the DSL but the squad loses.

Portland (34-38) lost 4-1 to Reno (Diamondbacks) Brian Lawrence surrendered four runs on 10 hits, a plunked batter, and a walk across six innings, striking out five in a 96-pitch effort.
