The San Diego Padres have used the talents of Eugene Emeralds manager Greg Riddoch in a number of ways – utilizing his physchological skills, his ability to mentor, teach, be a friend and more. This year, he oversaw the new class of draftees – names such as Dan Robertson, Blake Tekotte, James Darnell, Sawyer Carroll, and Matt Clark and the continued development of Emmanuel Quiles and Jeudy Valdez.
