Garrison no-no over seven; Diaz streaking

Wade LeBlanc suffered the worst start of his career on Saturday while Will Venable pounded out four hits. Steve Garrison threw a no-hitter over seven innings before Edwin Moreno surrendered a one-out single in the eighth. Javis Diaz had four hits and Nathan Culp took advantage of the ground ball to get the win.

Portland (4-5) lost 11-10 to Salt Lake (Angels) Wade LeBlanc gave up six runs on eight hits, including two homers, in a no-decision. He worked five innings, walking one and striking out four while picking off a runner at first.
