Delabar, Faris impress; Vandel wins Premium Story

Steve Delabar falls an out shy of a no-no and Stephen Faris allows two hits in successive shutouts in a doubleheader. Pete Laforest continues to go deep and that is all he does. Sean Thompson surrendered a season-high in hits in a loss. Brent Carter is hit hard again while Brian Gils goes deep. Andrew Parrino has most of the hits for Eugene. Angel Mercado knocks in four for the AZL Padres.
