Portland, OR-- Portland Beavers pitching coach Gary Lance applauded his bullpen for their terrific work on Friday night, noted that Cesar Carrillo will learn from his three innings of work, talked about Tim Stauffer's increasing role, and the expectations for Justin Germano on Saturday.

The Beavers received nine innings of near flawless work from the bullpen on Friday night - coming after Cesar Carrillo surrendered nine runs over three innings.

Lance discussed Carrillo's outing, when Tim Stauffer will move back into the starting rotation, the health of the pen after a long night, and the expectations on Justin Germano tonight.
