Tool Time: Top Fastballs - Starting Pitchers

The San Diego Padres didn't have many power arms in the system at this time last season but what a difference a year makes and some of the most exciting pitchers can throw serious heat.

1. Drew Miller An exciting young arm in the Padres' system, Miller already has the fastball to dominate – hitting 93-95 MPH and touching 96 MPH. Armed with a good feel for pitching, he sets hitters up well and takes them out when he has the chance.
