AZL Padres 2006 Pitcher of the Year

Sporting teenagers at every turn, the AZL Padres mound rarely saw a pitcher that could confidently grow a goatee. That didn't stop several from nicking the corners and shaving wood off bats.

Not only did the Padres lead the Arizona Rookie League in hitting, they also placed third in pitching and had two players among the top ten in ERA.
