Prospect Watch So that's the Matt Wisler that ranked #1 on the MadFriars' pre-season prospect ranking list… After allowing six runs in his last start, Wisler looked like a top prospect. Everything that was coming out of his hand seemed unhittable. He deserved the win, too bad the offense that had three current MLB players on it couldn’t score more than one run in the first eight innings.

Prospect Watch Just name a hitter not named Rymer Liriano and they had a good day. Casey McElroy is hitting .378/.442/.622 over his last 10 games.
Storm 3 – San Jose Giants 8
Prospect Watch Yep… Jeudy Valdez is back with the organization. In 2011 he hit .295/./339/481 in Lake Elsinore, but he could never hit in San Antonio hitting .225 and .251 the last two years. He left as a minor league free agent but again batted .225 in AA Tennessee and was released. He is still only 25.
