Key Statistics:DH Jeff Francoeur 2-4; C Rocky Gale 3-4; 2B Brooks Conrad 1-5, HR(10), 2 RBI; RHP Matt Wisler (W, 1-3) 7.0 IP 2 H R BB 7 Ks; RHP Dennis O'Grady 1.0 IP; RHP Hector Ambriz (S,3) 1.0 IP K.
Prospect Watch: Conrad hit a two-run home run in the third and the Chihuahuas tacked on an extra run in the ninth but the big story of the game was the return of Matt Wisler. His last outing only went two innings where he gave up four runs and before that he had three outings where he gave up five earned runs or more. At his last homestand Wisler had told the media that his main problem was that his arm slot was out of sync. He was coming out of his set position to tall, which was not only causing the ball to rise, but also not to sink. He seemed to correct the problem as he looked like the pitcher he was in San Antonio in April as he got his first win in AAA.
