Prospect Watch: Welcome back to the lineup Kyle Blanks. After missing the last few games with a sore shoulder, Blanks was back in the lineup. He will end the month leading the organization in home runs (7), and RBI (16). Blanks has a line of .279/.387/.672 against right-handed pitchers, by contrast only four Padres have batting averages over .250 against RHP and Yonder's OPS against RHP (.497) is lower than Blanks SLG (.672).

Missions 1 – Frisco RoughRiders 2
Check out John's live report from San Antonio
Storm 4 – Visalia Rawhide 3 (10 innings)
Prospect Watch: The Storm won their sixth in a row on a Duanel Jones walk-off double. Zach Eflin had another amazing start. Over his last four starts he has allowed two runs over 24.1 innings while striking out 22. Just think how good this team will be if and when Max Fried ever comes back… Hunter Renfroe had two more strikeouts.

TinCaps 4 – Great Lakes Loons 15
Prospect Watch: Five more errors in the game, three of which by Franchy Cordero who now has 18 on the year… However this game made the news because of this play where Fernando Perez inadvertently set off a "sprinkler."
Never a boring day.
