Batters are still hitting .301 off Erlin, but the number of extra-base hits and earned runs allowed are down in the last month… Reymond Fuentes has five hits, all singles, and four runs in his three games since his promotion from San Antonio.

Is he the ace that did not allow an earned run for his previous two starts or is he Volquez-esque in his inability to find the plate with any consistency?...Since the all-star break Alberth Martinez is hitting 325/.395/.545 with 13 RS, 14 RBI, and 10 xbh in just 21 games.

Prospect Watch: Not a great day on the diamond. Donavan Tate has one hit in four NWL games. The last time Tate appeared in Eugene (2011) he hit .283/.406/.409 with 17 stolen bases in 33 games.
